02/02/2010 Battle Box Bash MkII « Result #17 on Dec 11, 2009, 11:52am »
Warmachine MkII is almost upon us! and to celebrate this fact (and to sneakily get in another Warmachine and Hordes Tourney ), The Dudley Darklords would like to present
Battle Box Bash MkII
Date: 2nd Feb 2010
Please find attached a PDF with the tournament rules.
I will quickly go over what forces can be used.
The force that you can use are any of the Warmachine / Hordes starter battle boxes. In addition Privateer Press has stated that two other forces may be used in battle box games. For Pirates, use: Captain Phinneus Shae, a Mariner, a Freebooter, & a Buccaneer, For Retribution, use: Kaelyssa, a Manticore, a Chimera, & a Griffon,
A word on MkII Warmachine & Hordes. All of the new Warmachine MkII faction decks should be available to purchase from our friendly local gaming store. All of the MkII Hordes cards and rules are available from the privateer Press website to download for free!
If anyone has any problems with the downloads from Privateer, please come and see me and I will give you a copy of the PDF's.
This event is intended to be a fun and relaxing way of introducing MkII to the club and I will be available for any rules quires that may (probable will ) arise.
Also there is a Fully Painted Army Random Draw. Any player with a fully painted army will have their name entered into a hat and the winner will be drawn at random at the end of the tournament, but you don't need to have anything painted to play so don't worry Dave.
